My leasing guy got the car through them. and they were suppose to cut me check for last month payment. Every time i call them they keep saying to call Lexus financial. And Lexus financial asking me to contact them. i called few times and they are not even trying to help. And now i have late payment

Walked in to a bunch of sales people chilling at the front. Was asked what I needed right away, I said a test drive and they promptly called (what seemed to be) the rookie from the back. Proceeded to tell him that my husband had an e350 and I was familiar with the interior. I guess I was a simple sale since he didn't provide me with an ounce of information that I didn't already know. Said "honestly" maybe 15 times in the conversation implying that everything else was a lie. Sat down to give me pricing, super basic knowledge, nothing special. Took a call from his significant other in the middle of describing the options to me which was the epitome of unprofessional. I should have walked out or to a manager at that point . Total meh experience. Certainly not what we received last time that we walked out with a lease and definitely not what I expect for a "luxury" brand .

The guys in the service department here are fast and competent. They helped out my three kids and I right away, although we didn't have an appointment. The guy who processed what was needed, Matt, was reassuring and calm. I'm definitely recommending friends there and will go back when we need services on our car again.

The Edit: The Manager contacted me after I left a negative review (see below) and invited me to come back again. They still had the car that I wanted. This time the manager introduced me to a salesman named Calvin (I think his last name is Poh). Well, Calvin was everything you want in a salesman. He was very accommodating and helpful. He was on point and forthcoming about everything. He didn't make any false claims or promises. He was very knowledgeable about the car. I had already made up my mind about the car but Calvin removed any doubt that I may have had remaining. He is just very nice and down to earth guy. Calvin gets 10 stars. Only giving it 4 stars because of the earlier experience. This is about 4 months after the purchase and I'm still very happy with the car.
AVOID "Moe B" and Sal.
Earlier review: So I called earlier today and inquired if they had the exact car that I was looking for (es 300h 2013). The person I spoke to, "Moe B", told me they in fact had three of those. I was glad to hear that and made an appointment for 3. "Moe" called a five minutes before 3 to confirm our appointment and I told him I'll be there. I got there at 3:05 and asked for "Moe". I was told he is unavailable and I was assigned another salesperson. This other sales guy (Sal) told me that they didn't have any of the cars I was looking for, let alone three. He checked a few times and made sure of it. I called "Moe" a few times to ask what's going on but he wouldn't answer my calls. If the beginning of the car buying process is so shady at this place, I can only imagine what it's like going through with it and having to deal with them afterwards. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!

Purchasing the car is not the issue here. The servicing dept is horrible. Went there on a busy saturday. Paid for services I believe was not even done. I ordered lexus tire caps from online and now they missing. Also I got there at 10am for services that was supposed to be done at 12pm and ended leaving there at 2pm.
