I went in today to do an oil change but they dont accept their OWN coupon!!!!!! they took nearly 2 hours while you see them do nothing but fool around. Your better off going to a local mechanic Because what others have said are true. I was just naive not to believe it.

Their customer service is horrid. I brought my vehicle in because its been stalling out. My service advisor, Vesa, was rude and arrogant. She called me once to ask for the tech, Mark, to drive the car overnight. Days later, I had to call because the status of my vehicle was a mystery. Then, to find out that they could not locate the problem. When I tried to call back they purposely left me waiting for 15 minutes even though the automated call system informed me that I was call number 1 in queue. Don't offer appointments for oil change if you plan on letting people just walk in. You would expect that from a doctors office. 3 hours later....never going back. Never had a problem anywhere else for oil change.

Bay Ridge Ford Service Dept. is run by a group of No Good, Thieving, Pieces of SHIT!
Took my car in for a simple warranty service and oil change. They insisted my car was in a collision and charged me $135 extra for a "diagnostic fee" and didn't even fix my car because of the so called collision that never happened! Took it to George Wall ford in NJ where i bought the car, had it fixed in under 24 hours and was all covered under warranty. Have a pending dispute with my credit card, but I hope this review and the others i post will make them loose some customers.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!!

I went in for a free oil change since it should have still been covered under my warranty and for them to check out the ac. I get a call saying the vehicle needs a lot of mandatory work in order for it to function properly plus four new tires. The vehicle had been running smoothly so I questioned it but they insisted. Clearly I'm not a mechanic so I agreed. I had a long trip coming up and wanted to be safe. It took them a week to get my vehicle back to me and apparently $2000 worth of work needed to be done. I didn't bother changing the tires. I later had my father look over the receipt and he also questioned why they needed to do half of the work they did. They completely took advantage of me and I will not be going back there.
