If you are seeking a long term relation with Ridge Family Eyecare I don't recomend it however If you are in need of just an eye exam for one time, it is reasonable.

I went there 2 weeks ago for my eye exam, everything was good however we couldn't find a frame fits to me. I ended up not buying eyeglasses from them. I needed my PD # to order eyeglasses online, then I noticed my last name spelled wrong on my prescription. When I called them up, I asked them to correct my last name and provide me my PD #. Everything was fine so far. When I went back to their office to get my last name spelling corrected on the prescription, I reminded them that I needed my PD# ( on the phone they promised me to measure my PD# without mentioning any fee) they asked me to pay $20 to measure my PD #. The attitude was really not nice. Basically they told me you did not buy eyeglasses from us now we will charge you $20. I accepted to pay $20 as I didn't have any other choice however I know that I am not going back there. The money does not matter but their attitude does matter.

I came to this office about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I saw Dr. Lau and she explained everything so well. The staff was also very nice and took their time to help me pick my frames. I recommend this eye care center to everyone, you will love it !

My whole family goes to to Bay Ridge Family Eye-care for our glasses, and I have to say that in the last eight years we have had no complaints what so ever. The people there are so helpful and polite. They are very accommodating, offering advice as to what looks good and what doesn't. They always come up with the best payment plans possible. and it just feels like they actually care, not like some other places that just want to rip you off.
