Went in with an appointment. I was greeted by an associate with did you buy the car from us? I didn't because the price your dealership gave me was very high. Anyway my wheel got misaligned on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with 1100 miles on it, a machine that should be able to climb mountains. They looked at my car and said I damaged it. They didn't even lift it and somehow they knew. I told them I haven't hit any potholes maybe a few small ones this is NYC after all. They said the alignment would be 129 and they would charge a 250 diagnostic fee. Well I took it to a local place that my uncle used to own. There was no damage it was a factory defect and it should've been covered under the warranty. These guys are crooks I would never recommend anyone going to get their car serviced there. Even though I can go back and have the job done for no cost I rather pay a shop to do the alignment and not have to see these guys again. These guys are out to get you.

Horrible place. Everything they touched was done improperly or down right returned in a worsen condition. The guy that moves cars had horrible body odor that left a residual odor like the Seinfeld episode. The service advisor comes to work in a track suit, agreed to a price on X amount of work.. Later on, they turn out to have done just enough work to hit the same price amount at full price minus all the other agreed upon work. I complained and wanted to see service manger, a female service advisor claims to be the manger when I know his name is suppose to be Joe. They burned 15 gallon of gas, charged me for extra gas and had the nerve to say my car was on empty when I dropped it off.

Great service! called in for my 2014 jeep grand cherokee and they took my tow in immediately, receptionists were very pleasant and accomodating. Mechanincs really knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain. i would recommend this auto shop to anyone with a jeep, or anyone with a car in general!

Brought my car in for recall issues. They hit me with a $2900 estimate to fix recall issues. Killed my battery, broke my window and sunglasses holder. Held my car for ransom for $250 on diag fees so I can have my car back. Paul the manager lied to my face turned out to be a real class act. Reporting them for fraud

What a miserable place. The receptionists are grumpy. It's nearly impossible to get someone to return a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle. My car is basically being held hostage there while I'm forced to wait around for a person who never calls me back. I am merely requesting an update, something that would literally take five minutes. The specialists have a rude, impersonal and cold attitude. Seriously don't bother.
