This was by all means the worst car buying experience for me this far. On August 14, 2015, I went into the dealership to inquire about returning my leased 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I walked into the dealership with my mother and my daughter. As I walked in I was approached by a salesman by the name of Kelly. I told him what I wanted. He said he could assist me so we walked over to a table and sat down and started discussing my options. By the end of that coversation I narrowed my options down to one particular car which was the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Kelly and I went over prices and specifics. I told him what I wanted my car to be equipped with. I stated to him I wanted three things to be included in my car. 1. Leather Seats 2. Navigation 3. Sun Roof. Kelly assured me that the car of my choice was equipped with such. So after that was confirmed he took me out to show me the cars interior and exterior. I liked what I saw so again, I made my final decision that this is the car that I would go with. I told Kelly he had a deal. Kelly and I walked back into the dealership to close the deal. I put down $2500, signed my new lease, with the the assurance that I was getting my new car with everything I stated above. However, I didn't leave with the car that day because the car wouldn't be able to be inspected until the following day. So thus far the experience sounds like a great one, however it didn't turn out that way. I picked up the car on Sat., August 15, 2015 again with the assurance from Kelly that my car was equipped with everything I wanted. Ok...so about 2 weeks passed and I was taking a road trip and decided for the first time to use my navigation. I kept trying to get it started to no avail. I even called corporate for assistance thinking maybe I was doing something wrong or maybe the delearship may have done something wrong while downloading the software. Corporate informed me that my car is not equipped with navigation and I would have to take the car back to the dealer for them to install it. I was beyond pissed at this point. So of course I called the delearship requesting to speak to Kelly. He was unavailable so I left my call back number. He did return my call, I told him the problem and of course he says that he never told me that my car was equipped with navigation. We went back and forth for a little and he eventually said to me that if I want the navigation installed I would have to bring the car back to the dealer and pay $350. Of course I wasn't going to do that since he verbally assured me that it was included. I told him I will No longer deal with him and I will furthermore deal with the general manager. On several occasions I tried calling to speak to the GM who never returned any of my phone calls. So I decided that I was going to pay them a visit. I went back to the dealer. The GM was there when I walked in. He did not address me, instead Kelly addressed me and started with a whole bunch of lies. We went back and forth for a while, (mind you the GM is sitting there watching the whole thing and not saying a word). I guess we were getting a bit too loud inside of the delearship so another assistant manager stepped in and basically told me that his salesman, Kelly did not tell me that the car would be equipped with the navigation. Of course, when the deal was sealed the assistant manager wasn't there so I don't know how he would know what Kelly and I discussed. So I was annoyed at this point. The assistant manager said there was nothing he could do for me and again if I wanted navigation I would have to pay $350. That's a negative. Finally, because I guess he couldn't sit behind the desk anymore listening to us yell at each other, the GM manager jumps in and says, "ok enough already bring the car in and we will install the navigation free of charge because this is ridiculous." So it took for all of this to transpire before the GM did what he should have done from the beginning. I brought the car in for the navi to be installed. They did it in 20 min. Never again will they get my business.

Their customer service reach out to us to help restore our confidence in the Jeep brand. My wife and I did not like the way we were treated during the leasing process and customer service stepped in to assure us that our satisfaction was their number 1 priority. I hope this trend continues as the car itself is awesome, but their sales department can use some help to restore my confidence in them.
Update 11/13: After leaving a negative review, a "Claudia" from customer service reached out, 3 weeks after I bought a Jeep there, to me to inquire why I was unhappy with BRCJDR. I proceed to inform this person as to the awful experience I had with their Sales department. I was promised a year free maintenance over the phone in exchange for a more "favorable" review. I made an appointment with the service center for an oil change and now this "Claudia" doesn't exist. Avoid this place at all cost!!!#

The salespeople are unhelpful and some are just downright stupid. The customer service at the service center is atrocious. Everyone is rude, nothing is done in a timely manner and it's nearly impossible to get someone to call you back merely to update you on the status of your vehicle, something which would take no longer than five minutes. My vehicle is basically being held hostage by their service department while I wait and wait... And wait. The receptionists are grumpy and so are the specialists.
