I had recently moved to NY, and wasn't sure if I wanted to rent or buy...let's be honest here, even afford to buy anything in the NYC area. I happened upon Baxter Real Estate in Rosedale, and found they had quite the selection of properties - both rental and for sale. They were also willing to work with me and help me figure out what I needed... whether I truly wanted to rent, buy a single family home or by something with a rental unit for some earning potential. Mr. Baxter also helped me through the process of finding a lender. In the end, I wanted to enjoy the city but didn't want to make the long term commitment. Omar helped me find a great rental unit in Brooklyn, near great restaurants with a lot of fun things to do. I know when I am ready to house hunt, in NY I would go back to Baxter Real Estate without a doubt.

Middle of the work week at 1pm and no one answers the phone?
When and if the "voice mail has not been activated" goes away and you get a voicemail there is no business outgoing message announcing you have reached Baxter Real Estate?
When you do leave multiple emails and phone messages for agents and they do not respond.....
YES, LET ME LIST MY MOST VALUABLE ASSET WITH THIS FINE ESTABLISHMENT
I am sure I will be well taken care of, and all the buyers calling about my listing will certainly be treated better, and offers shared
