I bought a pair of Frends headphones from Baublebar, the one with interchangeable covers. I paid almost $200 and they sent me a box that had been obviously a customer return! The box was torn at the top and the headphones clearly had been removed and then put back into the box. The headphones worked fine but I cleaned it with sanitizer. It was too much of a hassle to return it but I will never buy another item from Baublebar again.
