God... just thinking back to that day sends chills down my spine. I was operating the coaxial LMG on one of the M1 Abrams. I remember tearing bodies to shreds, but always missing that one crucial head shot. At first, I was just having fun killing Zack, but now... I had no idea how bad it was going to get. I had no idea that I would lose almost all of my friends on that day. Maybe if I did, I would have tried harder... I should have tried harder... God, forgive me...

It was terrible...a complete mess. At first it seemed like we would make out okay, but that was before I learned that half our heaviest weapons wouldn't even phase the horde. and then when you finally started thinking about the whole brunt of New York's G's marching right up to you. Some one threw a flash bang and while I still had visibility I saw one poor soul caught up right up in the middle of it. I think he was pulled out and hope this day he was spared from a bite.

I was a MLRS Battery operator. We had commenced the steel rain when a G came out of a house. It was horrifying. So many guys. We tried our hardest, but the rounds just didn't do anything. We still get a hard time from the Infantry that were there. I hope I never go back to Yonkers. Too many memories, you know?

All the carnage...
God, just remembering the those screams from all the other guys, gives me noghtmares. Zack was everywhere. After the Bradleys ran out of ammo, I started panicking. My buddy next to me had a SAW, and that guy just started unloading, doing nothing but taking of those Gs legs and stuff. I tried to stay calm, but that new suit they gave us? I just heated up, and then I just said screw it. I jumped into the back of you of those Bradleys and the driver just took off.
I especially feel bad for all those reporters, they stood no chance.
I'm never going to forget Yonkers. But screw Zack, we got our country back.
