Good people who actually care. Before I was a patient, my glasses broke before a trip and David came through for me without charging me, told me to deal with it when I came home. 5+ years later, I'm still going there.

Not great at all, had several insurance filing issues with them. I was charged for items I never ordered, staff is not very attentive and are rude. Their hours are ridiculous.
I will not be going back to them.

Friendly, convenient, efficient; they take my insurance and are good about checking what the insurance will cover before doing the exam and before I look at the frames, etc. That way, I am aware of what things will cost in advance.

“This place saved our trip! In August of 2010 my daughter and I arrived in NY from Vancouver BC late in the evening. When we woke in the morning my daughter realised that she had forgotten to pack her…walking shoes and many other small things she carry they helped out alot
