After reading those first two, one star reviews I was compelled to write my own; I'm not sure how long we've been taking our dogs to Bath and Biscuit, but its been over 10 years, probably more like 15 years! That should say it all and then some. Sorta makes me think its not the people at Bath and Biscuit, but some of the clients who are the issue.

They don't even deserve one star. They should have paid me for using my Shih Tzu for training their groomers. The cut was very uneven and a part of one leg had been shaved down to the skin. What a mess they made.

They are the rudest people and horrible business owners and also very mean spirited

Everything is great! Clean, friendly, quick, professional and a great price! My dog loved it and I can't wait to bring her back again. She looks adorable.
