Nice & Clean!!!!

I've used Baskingers for our company picnic, my daughters birthday party and have always been very satisfied with their work and the food.
What I like best is that all the food is prepared on the spot, french fries, burger, hotdogs, chicken, etc. They bought all the condiments, sodas, fruit and desserts. All me and my family had to do was show up and enjoy. The food was prepared nicely and the staff was professional and courteous. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a 1/2 tray of Sausage, Peppers & Onions for an event. The tray was cold upon pickup. The Sausage looked burnt on the outside, the peppers & onions were raw. When I called to complain they said that I had to cook it for 30-45 minutes. I am an event planner, I have never ordered from a caterer service & had to cook the food after picking it up. The whole idea is that I paid them $32.00 for the service of them cooking a tray of food for me. Not to prep a tray of ingredients & me cook it. They didn't warn me upon ordering of this detail & I saw nothing on their website that food comes partially cooked. I ended up cooking it for an hour & the peppers & onions were still fairly firm. I was taking this to a personal event & wouldn't have had time to cook it except that I was lucky the event was postponed an hour. It was a huge embarrasment that I brought a tray of food that looked terrible & unappitizing. I would have been better off doing the whole thing myself. Due to the unreliable results of this I cannot risk using them for my customers events or my personal events.
