Employee was eating behind the counter and ducked and laughed when I saw him. Claimed they didn't have cookie dough. Paid $6 for a 3/4 filled cup "medium" worst customer service ever.

No customer service at all. Had to fight the dude to serve me and my girlfriend ice cream 10 min from closing. Yes I understand they closed in 10 min and they wanted to go home but as a customer service job its your duty to service me as a customer me and my girlfriend both new what we wanted before we walked in. We would of been less then 5 min in and out but instead we were greeted with a sorry we are closed and when I told them it's quick I know what I want they served me and told me "hurry the hell up"

Crazy rude! Guy just threw a temper tantrum when I asked for a milkshake and is giving me stank eye!
Then he asked me for a cigarette, then said 'f**k this' under his breath. It's both hysterical and appalling
