Ordered a 'Oreo/ chocolate cake ice cream cake for $32.00 I asked three times when I picked it up if it was Oreo/cho cake. They said 3x Yes oreo cookie! Well when we cut it up guess what? Chocolate chip ice cream!!! Always have a problem with understanding English there.

Kidding me, Workers treat the customers so bad.
One of the Worker insulted me as I was complaining.
Really bad customer service. If you want ice cream,
I suggest you go to a different baskin robbins.
