I really enjoyed working with Robert from Basile Realty. He was really helpful. Initially, nobody wanted to help us find an apartment because of our special situation. We worked with other real estate agents for years with no results. It took Robert a couple of weeks to find us exactly what we were looking for. After that he made sure both the owners and the tenants are a good match and will benefit from the transaction. He helped resolve any conflicts between us and find compromises. Robert was honest. He got to know us in a short amount of time and developed a personal relationship, which we hope will last into the future.

I stopped by Basile Realty yesterday morning and was shown four apartments by a wonderful agent. I really loved one and they helped me negotiate the price down $100 a month with the landlord, and we got everything done that day. I couldnt be happier, cant want to move in.

While looking for a tenant, I gave Basile Realty a call. Dan was extremely helpful, gave me great advice and most importantly, was truthful and realistic in giving me an opinion of the condo. He was very professional with returning calls and following up. I would recommend him to help you find a great rental!
