The staff is incredibly stupid. They never know what you are talking about. When I called to ask about an item, they didnt understand what it was (clothing snaps, pretty basic request) and when I asked if they could suggest a place that had them, their response was "no, yeah I dont know". Seriously the worst.

Really clueless staff. No manager available. Worst attitude I have seen from customer service. Avoid this store and go to 3rd avenue and 13th just two blocks down.
