Do not use these people. They have no manners and very rude. I called to follow up on a question about a property. The man told me I am taking too much of his time and he can't help me. What is customer service if you don't want customers.
Their job is to help people with their property, if they can't help why use them.
Think twice before making a mistake. Many more professionals in this NYC area which treats their customer like a customer.
