Love this place.In the past year it has gotten much better. More consistent hair doo's for both our dogs and the people that work there seem very kind.

I'd Previously had good experiences with this kennel. When I dropped my dog off last July 2013, they seemed a bit disorganized and unable to process my dog in. It took almost 30 minutes and I was the only one in line. I figured maybe a slow start to the day. When I picked up my poor dog a little over a week later. She looked horrible, smelled of urine, looked very thin and hair a mess. In addition they gave me a doggie bed soaked in Urine. Now my dog has NO TROUBLE with urination. She does not pea all over the place. I figure these guys just did not walk her or let her out on any routine schedule, if AT ALL for the week or so I was gone. This experience was horrible unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. All I can figure is either new management or poorly trained, lazy workers.. A heads up this happened last July 2013..Hopefully they have fired or replaced whoever let this happen, I'm sure I'm not they only one whose dog came home this way. I would have given them no stars but I've been takig my dog there for many years and this is the first horrible experience I've had. So I only subtracted 3 stars instead of all 5. I hope they have fired the incompetant worker. No dog deserves to lay in their urine for days. Poor dog

I just have to say that my dog is so happy each time I pick him up from Barkingham Palace. They must put extra special love and kindness in the food he eats. They staff is warm and the owner is friendly and knowledgable. I am always so impressed by they way my baby is groomed each time I pick him up and It's so nice that they sell a variety of food and toys so I don't have to go to another pet store to buy products... They are the best around!!!!!. I will be coming back to Barkingham Palace for a long time.....Keep up the great work.......!
