I do not understand how this person can say that about this wonderful dog parlor. My dog and I had a great experience when we were there today.
The place is very cute and was not dirty at all. The staff was friendly and most importantly, they were very sweet and kind to my nervous shih-tzu, Lucy. The dogs are not caged but are able to play in their day care area while they wait for their Stylist to work on them.
She got a beautiful haircut at a reasonable price. I already booked her next appointment.
Give them a call and you will be happy you did. I know my Lucy is happy.

Avoid this place, they over book, so they are always in a rush, very standoffish, rude, and short. I get stressed just walking into the place. Because there were so many dogs, the place was dirty and it did not feel clean. When I got my dog back they did not cut inside his ears, and he smelled like dog poo. It was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the $85 for a standard dog cut. Avoid at all costs.
