Walter Loves his barkbox he gets so excited to receive it every month! We recently had an incident where our box did not arrive. when we got in touch with the Humans at barkbox, the problem was quickly resolved, Molly Added on a free box to our subscription to make up for it and, went even further letting me know she will send Walter a special surprise to make up for the loss. I am so impressed with the customer service I received and how much they genuinely care and are interested in my dog. Molly even sent me a link for a video chat to give me and Walter a tour of the office! how cool !!! I am so impressed what a cool company! Thank you so much for what you all do!
