HORRIBLE SERVICE
Just ordered from this place 2/19/16
Place took over an hour to deliver the food.
The women first told me it would be about 45 minutes. When I called back they all of a sudden had a new story and said it would take more than an hour and that it hasn't left yet.

UPDATE: it's been now an hour and a 45 minutes and my phone has yet to arrive
Spoke to the manager and you would think she would at least apologize for the food being so late. This place is a joke. Do not order from there.

Food took over an hour to arrive. It was cold, but tasted pretty good. My main issue however, was my delivery driver. I forgot to add a tip to my card when ordering, and he asked if I tipped on the card when he arrived, which is rude to begin with (not that he even deserved a tip- tips are for good service, which he didn't give!!) He then proceeded to harass me about giving him a tip and I felt a bit threatened by him. He stayed in my building while I double checked if I had cash, and I didn't so said I might check if I can add a tip online (I ordered through Grubhub) later. He asked how much I wanted to tip and insisted on me calling immediately to leave a tip. I told him I'd go upstairs and call because at this point I was just nervous being around him and he almost wouldn't leave, it was very hard to get him out the door!!! Before I even finished my meal, he called and texted me further harrassing me about tipping him! Though me not leaving a tip was an honest mistake I truly feel he didn't deserve one after the way he acted, and don't plan on ordering from here again because I'm a bit scared I'll get the same delivery driver and I never want to see him again. This was a strange experience at best! I just hope he doesn't come back :/

We've been ordering pizza, hero sandwiches, dinners & catering from Bario's for at least 25 years. We've also ordered from at least 5 other pizza places in our area (Heartland Village) and dozens more in our travels. That being said, we currently give Bario's 90% of our business (we still like to compare). Our review in a nutshell: Biggest complaint is they miss an item once in a while (but they quickly return if we call them). However, we love their food and find it comparable to any Italian restaurant we've dined in. Their home made bread is the best tasting hero bread on the island, hands down. They have always been courteous & professional to us, even when I'm sure their phones are ringing off the hook. Large menu selection, pretty quick delivery service & the food arrives hot. Consider us happy customers.
