I chose them because I live on the border of Edgewater/Ft Lee and thought if I got a first morning appointment they would be on time, minimizing the time I would be late for work. Was I ever WRONG...one week prior, i took a picture on my cell and text it to them so they would get the right part in advance. They said i would be the first call this morning between 8-9. i called to confirm, she said driver was on his way at 8:30. I gave up and left for work at 10 am, their plumber was at the supply store buying supplies, while the clock ticked and I was late for work. Do not use this company, they have no respect for their customer's time. I asked if they could come the next day right at 8 so i wouldn't have to take off work AGAIN, they said no.
