Sorely disappointed with this place! Was looking for a good BBQ spot in the Bronx and this location showed up as 4 stars but in reality it was worth a 1 star. I should have known better when there was no delicious smells coming from the "pit" and there were no seated customers.
The BBQ chicken was bland and sauce is from some generic brand you can buy in your local supermarket. The Mac and cheese was terrible With absolutely no flavor. This also tasted from something you can buy at the supermarket.
Don't waste your time, stomach or money at this place. The staff is friendly but in no way makes up for the terrible food.

Food is good..been here a few times..however last nite I was overcharged by the server....the worst part is that my coworker and I asked for two separate checks because,she was paying cash and I with debit card..well she charged my card twice...I assume she pocketed the 42 dollars as well besides the 17 dollar tip because she was so nice...I will b heading back to dispute my charge..in addition to alerting my bank as well. I will never go back..sad because I really liked this place

Good food and great atmosphere. Try the wings and the pork tips. Rani's place makes the heart warm while easy on your wallet. Come in for lunch or after work for a quick bite.

This place is perfect for families. The staff are all very friendly and the decor makes you feel at home. Other than the service and decor, the food is great!
