In response to “A REAL CUSTOMER” the facts you state in your review are a bit misleading, your original estimate$ 1,500.00 was for the removal of two trees and the pruning of branches from a third tree overhanging your home. When we arrived at your home to perform the agreed upon work you tried to change the scope of the work and have the third tree removed also, which was not in the original estimate, and seeing as you were present at the time I informed you that the cost of the work would be an additional 2,500 as the third tree happens to be a 100 foot oak tree your response was “so now you gong leave like the other guys”. I know of the other tree companies that you’ve done this too. I am sorry you were not satisfied maybe next time you should be specific from the beginning and not waste both of our time. As far as your claims about payment and insurance they are also a bit outlandish seeing as you requested a reduced price based on a cash payment and only hired us after you received a binder. I would be glad to rectify this matter but would only do so for the fair price.

A company with Heart! I wish I had found this company last year when I needed my willow cut down. This time,I called for someone to get my cat out of the tree behind my property. Was there for 4 days. Every company turned me down ( firemen don't do it anymore), but these guys called right back and without complaint, climbed up and got out our kitty. My 8 year old was so happy as was I. Tommy is a great dude, he didn't charge much ( I of course gave him more) and seemed so professional getting up that tree. It was not an easy task, the tree was high full of vines and hard to get to. I will definitely call Barbaria for work on our trees and strongly recommend this company. You just don't find that kind of service anywhere. I know the other work will be great.
