Bagel was good. The guy at the counter was incredibly gruff bordering on rude. Threw stuff around. Didn't greet customer. It's a shame that the actions of one detract from the experience.

Consistently fresh bagels and cream cheeses. Very nice people to deal with also. Please support your local business
