Barbara Leibowitz Electrolysis NYC

Barbara gets a five star rating. I have been going to Barbara for quite some time, working on different areas and have always, always been pleased. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency has been worth more than five stars. Anyone that complains about her, as in the reviews below, must have some problem other than hair removal. I have sent quite a few customers to Barbara, and we all certainly feel the same way. Obviously, if so many customers are so pleased there are always a few in the bunch that have a "personal problem". In order for Barbara to keep the fees down, she takes care of her own books and appointments. Can you imagine the cost if she had to pay a receptionist - she is doing double duty for her customers - I think we should all be very grateful....
