I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Barakat. I was first diagnosis with Leukemia by Dr. Barakat and then confirmed by a oncologist at Montefiore Medical Center North Division. Dr. Barakat made sure i was aware after a routine blood test. He did not have my correct phone number and after tireless effort, called me at 10:10 on a friday nite to let me know to go to the ER immediately. Thank you.
