Made an appointment yet had to wait for 35 minutes to be attended. Very slow service. And they say they provide notary service which are only for signatures not for certification of documents.

Long line or short line always 2 tellers... and slow!!!!!

The efficiency of this bank is totally bad! We just want to creat a bank account, the crew told us we just had to wait less than half an hour, but the truth is we waited more than two hour ! This is 3:30 pm but there is just only one crew to help you with your problem. I won't come here again!
