EVIL! They nickle and dime you to death but when I've had issues (i.e. debit card fraud) the customer service reps have really been helpful and I got my funds back.

seriously the poorest service ever!!

I went there yesterday to meet with the small business advisor who was missing.

Hours later, I received a phone call and set up a meeting for this morning at 10.00am.

This morning, the host at the front desk did not even say hello, left to an office by the ATM.

at 10.15am, meaning 15 minutes later I passed by the small offices, no one was inside except the front desk host, apparently working on a computer. I asked him what the F* and he was unable to answer me, just saying that the banker did not arrive yet.

I left and told him to call me. It was now 6 hours ago, still no phone call, no apologies, no explanations..

This branch is beautiful but the service is terrible.

It is a shame for Bank of America.
