I went to this branch previous week. There were no staff anywhere and take a long time to find someone who work there. One of the staff, elenora, was the worst bank staff that I ever met. She does not respect to you. Do not speak clearly. And just wants to get ride of you. If somethings needs to change in this branch, it is the attitude of staffs which do not respect the customers. It seems they sit there to do nothing. Anything I request from Elenora just makes her angry. At last, she did nothing for me and just waste my time. I will not return to this bank ever.

I pay the loan and the cashier with an angry voice and the person told me that it is possible and to do online. Q: What the hell are you doing here then ?
