Bank of America Financial Center

I made a cashiers check for 1900 today with Michelle Aramas at this branch today. I paid 800 of that in cash and the rest was to come off my account. After making the check I double checked with her if 1100 came off my account and the rest was the cash. Her acknowledgement sounded dismissive, so I checked online at once and found that 1900 was taken off my account. I had to go back to her and get the 800 bucks put into my account. While it might have been an honest mistake, I might have lost 800 bucks just like that.

This is the worst BofA branch I have ever been to. Was here over the lunch hour today and after 40 minutes of waiting, one of the managers came from the back room. Several of us complained about the wait and asked if there was anyone available to assist the 2 tellers they had for the 15 people that were in line. She said "Oh yes, we will get someone." I knew as soon as she said that she was lying. Needless to say, she disappeared to where ever she came from, probably too embarrassed to show her face again. I will never come to this branch again. Fortunately, the other BofA branches in NJ are not this bad.

Everything about this bank is bad.
- Parking in Rear, Entrance in front.
- No Drive Through ATM
- Lobby ATM is often out of Cash
- Tellers consistently remind me that "I can use the ATM for this"
