I came in for a temporary debit card as much as I hate waiting at banks (they take long and I'm a driver so time is money). I sat for almost 10 mins without a greeting and I wasn't sure if there was a lobby leader at all. I assume he was helping a customer until I saw him and I had to get his attention by saying "excuse me, how long is the wait for me to get a replacement card?"...he says uhh well you should be next (the lady across from me had already been called in so I sat alone).. I asked "ok, well can you sign me in?"... I come over to the lobby pc to get signed in. I don't understand why they need my social to sign me in. I'm actually a former employee. What if I didn't have an account? Or a social? They can just call me by name. Anyway. The only reason (so far) that I'm rating low is that I was not greeted for so long and had to be the first to grab someone's attention even though I was already sitting down and visible. -Michelle

Worst bank here on a Monday at 1:30 and they only have 2 tellers that work super slow and the manager is just standing around looking
