Bank of America Financial Center

This is the wrost customer service, I have ever experienced this. I was a banker for 13 years and I never seen such a horrible services. The branch is always packed, no tellers, the customer services person is always in out of sight. I will never wnat to come back here again. The worst of all banks. I have visited . This is 0 start not even one

Wish there was an option for zero stars. horrible horrible experience waited 2 hrs to speak to a banking rep for a 10 min transaction and when i asked is it like this i was told i should of made an appointment because minimum wait is 1.45hrs REALLY!!!!!!!

oh an the whole time i was there they had 1 bank teller yes that's right 1 BANK TELLER, everybody was complaining.

DO NOT GO HERE unless u have 2 hrs to kill.

This was my first and last visit to this location. On April 28, 2015, at around 1:30, I entered the bank in order to purchase a certified bank check. The line was extremely long and I noticed there was only one teller. After about 1/2 hour another frustrated client asked the manager what the problem was and he proceeded to tell her that, "The other tellers were on vacation." Really? I worked at a bank for many years and know that when someone went on vacation, you borrowed tellers from other locations. For a bank as large as BOA, this should not be a problem. I waited for over an hour order to complete my transaction. This is far below what satisfactory customer service should be. I will never go to this branch again.

This is a very high volume branch meaning a lot of clients always busy but the staff definitely tries to do their best with the resources that they have available and they're very courteous so if you're willing to be patient until you attended to then there shouldn't be any problems I give them 4 stars because they are so high volume that it can take a little while for you to be attended to your best option is to use the ATMs unless it's really necessary to speak to someone then you might have to wait a little bit but besides that very good staff friendly service and I'm very satisfied

One star is way to much for this bank. One person working with a bunch walking around. One hour wait minimum.
