It took them almost an hour to complete simple transaction.

Ridiculous lines. Most of the time only one teller. Only sometimes 2. The line is like 15-20 people. Manager named Raisa is retarded. Standing in front doing nothing. She should get fired ASAP. Hope headquarters will see this comments
