This place is just bad. I went to cash a check for the first time and I didn't know that you had to sign the back. I should have known, but the girl behind the counter kept pushing the check back at me with a sullen look, not even giving an explanation for why she wasn't cashing it. After doing this 4 times, she says "You have to sign the back" in a really nasty tone. There was absolutely no one else in the bank except the other teller so it wasn't like I was holding up a long line of people either. I guess good customer service is something that isn't taught anymore, even if manners have fallen out of style in recent years.
