Attitude of sales manager was unpleasant & unprofessional. Be prepared to put up a fight for return. I found a small tear and would have been glad to do an exchange for same item if they still had in stock. Manager said I wore the item, which I did not~his responses including "this conversation is over" and "so now we are the bad guys?" Disappointing attitude for his position. Such contrast from great customer service experiences from other BR locations.
