Everything about my experience with Dr Ballem and his staff was wonderful! Everyone in the office is friendly, personable and eager to help with any obstacles. Dr Ballem has a great bedside manner, explains everything in detail and answers all questions with a smile.

say they are part of my insurance found out they are not now that bills coming in they say oops you should have been seen by other dr., ill find an honest one next time dr maybe ok but the office people aerent and when i called told to talk to the billing deptr talked to them they said not our problem. well im not paying thier bill if they didnt say they use my insurande i wouldnt have gone in first place.
