STAY AWAY!!! UNETHICAL SALESWOMAN!!!! Be careful of MARILYN SANDRONI she accepted my offer and made us believe we were the only one's. So we paid $500 for an inspection only to have it sold to someone else. I have heard of her doing similar unethical actions with others in the area. STAY AWAY
