Baldwin Bowling Center

WORST EXPERIENCE ; had to constantly go up to the front desk to please put active music to keep up the fun. After my fiancé kept asking they guess Mmm since he's black we shall play Jamaican music, Unacceptable!

We have been going here for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences from the staff. When we arrived we were told that we had to wait to get a lane. Upon noticing that it was open lanes and the guy at the front desk was taking other customers we then asked if we could get a lane. No big deal. We got a lane so we shrugged it off. Keep in mind its unlimited bowling for 20 bux. After about an hour or two the guy from the front desk, comes over to our lane and asked if we still here. He was basically implying that he had people waiting and it made us feel very uncomfortable. After this it's hard to say that I will bew coming back to this establisment to spend my hard earned money.

Our lane was messed up...wouldn't reset and kept incorrect scores. That said, everything else was good!

Brenda was amazing! Set up everything for our event..didn't have to do a thing but show up! Entire staff was on their A game and provided us with a fantastic experience...not a bad thing to say at all!! Can't wait til late summer for our next event at BALDWIN LANES!!

New Horizon Counseling Center wants to thank Melissa, Brenda, Victoria and Lindsey of Baldwin Bowling Center for a very special morning for two groups of very special people this morning. The trip to the bowling alley, enjoying the sport and having so much fun together in a warm and very welcoming environment was a fabulous experience that was very meaningful.
