My sons have all studied here for over 9 years. Balanced has developed their physical and mental discipline immeasurably. The care the instructors take with each child is remarkable. It inspired me to start practicing too. I have had the best time learning karate with other adults from all around Westchester. We have all gained fitness and confidence from these outstanding instructors.
