Very unprofessional staff from hosts to busboys. One stuff member smiled to our party the rest had very angry looks the whole time. Food was salty and main course meals came cold. They charged our table for water without even mentioning that they would and how many bottles of watethey were about to put on the table. Empty plates and glasses were not taken from the table. Sadly, they also tried to push more expensive meals by not giving us any menus but instead we were told that the waiter would recommend to everyone what to order. Basically, the Baku Palace does not provide fair customer service probably because they include 18% regardless. Will not go back there!

We celebrated my birthday on the 2nd floor. The music was EXTREMLY LOUD for my taste. I could not talk with my guests or make a toast. The type of music was also not what I expected and I didn't like it. The food and service was good.

If you looking for a great place for a private party with a great food - Baku Palace is the one!!!! I promise You will not regret!!!!!!! The FOOD is just DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Plus the amount of the food is just huge!!! ME myself and my guests enjoyed everything!!!! The waitstaff is really attentive!! What is more- there is unlimited time for a private parties!!! and watch this out- unlimited open bar for top shelf alcohol!!! Can you believe it?! THANK you BAKU PALACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we were charged for water and was never told. Service was slow, I think we waited a half hour for muscle. Food was ehh. Nice outdoor atmosphere

Every time i visited this place, i left feeling full and happy. I guess you need to love this type of food and spices to really enjoy the food here. But for me it is perfect. I will always take the fillet, i think they make it right (I always take medium and it can be medium-rare sometime so you may want to consider medium-well), and you can tell that the meet is from high quality.
They can still improve their service, and understand that softness can go a long way. But that doesn't affect the quality of their food.
