Great bagels! Order system is a bit archaic and error prone, eg dropped orders. So if you think the list/forgot your order speak up.

Incompetence runs deep. Food was good, service is awful. Very Understaffed which leads to rude encounters. They messed up part of my $30 bagel order. When I brought the bagel back, the wretched girl at the register told me I was playing "the blame game". They proceeded to remake my order only to mess it up again. Last time I go to bagelsmith.
