What a rip off. This used to be my go-to place but not any more. The bagels are decent but the service/experience is atrocious. The last time I visited, I went in to get bagels for my office. They forgot to give me one of my bags, so when I showed up to work half the office didn't get any breakfast. I just went in this morning and it was even worse! They used to offer a "buy one dozen, get half a dozen free" deal. Now they only have "buy one dozen, get three bagels". I needed 16 bagels so that would have left me one short. I asked if I could get one and a half dozen and the woman said "no, we don't do that". Then they charged me almost $40 for the two dozen. Really?!
