Very slow! Cheese burger takes 25 min to make disgusting

6 workers behind counter and only one person being helped. Horrible service and bagels not as good as before

Nice place and good bagels and all BUT FORGET ABOUT ORDERING A WHOLE WHEAT EVERYTHING BAGEL- they NEVER EVER EVER HAVE IT; unless of course you go at 6 o'clock in the morning..

Good food across the board . As far as the service as soon as they get 2 know u they will have ur order ready 4 u 2 min after u walk in the door even if their is a line .

New ownership over the past 3 years. The bagels cost more and the lines are long.
It is next to the school and there are no restaurants in the area. You can spend your entire lunch break here and wait outside on a Sunday morning.
I come in at other times and there is still 4-5 people waiting.
It's time the staff dedicates themselves to work and not shuffling their feet.
The owner would like us to order on line and do a pick up-but is there enough staff to check the computer and make the food?
They also sell a variety of salads, cream cheese and food served from a glass case. It is not made on the premises.
Candy and home made lollipops are available for sale as well as expensive drinks and a small area of cut up fruits.
The place does not have a sitting area-it's just for pick up, wait, wait and wait to take out.
