There's a lot to dislike about this place. The bagels are small, the toppings (e.g. Sesame, Everything, etc.) are applied only to one side of the bagel, they refuse to cut or toast the bagels (unless you buy butter, etc.), their bagels are most often hard and cold, and the egg in their egg sandwiches is cooked in a microwave. There are better options in the neighborhood.

Truly AWFUL. Most blatant case of false advertising I have ever experienced.
The bagels are NOT fresh, hot, cripsy, or chewy. They are cold, hard, and terrible. I have had better bagels at Dunkin Donuts.
I walked in asking "what is fresh?", and the worker told me "everything". The bagel I had was cold, dry, and hard. Just terrible.

It doesn't have place to eat-in but the bagels were delicious!

Normal bagel size and fillings with reasonable price. Awesome quality! The store doesn't have eat-in and they only take cash. (There's an ATM machine though.) This is the real NY bagel instead of big oversized and overpriced Manhattan style! Would definitely come back again!

I went to this shop on my first visit to Brooklyn. My cousin from Texas tell me to try the cinnamon - raisin bagel. I tried it was not impressed, then she asked me did I get it toasted?. the best bagel I have had.The service, coffee , atmosphere, and great pastries is worth a visit when I'm in the BIG APPLE.
