These guys make surprisingly good bagels. I say surprisingly because this area of the city is a bit devoid of really authentic NY foods, like pizza. But this bagel place is legit.

Despite getting my order wrong on a few occasions I have been to this place roughly 5 times because its really close to my job, fast and the bagels are actually good. Today however, they were EXTREMELY rude. I put my request in, he said they didnt have that particular bagel and then shouted out "NEXT!" How are you constantly in a rush to go to the next customer but you keep getting orders wrong!? I walked out and will never be going there again.

The bagels are awesome, I did not have high expectations for the serving staff when read other reviews, they were OK in handling the order though, I got the protein sandwich on garlic bagel, it was very nice, enjoyable and perfectly cooked, the food is definitely good, service could be better but not as terrible as mentioned by other reviewers
