I was there couple of times and the guy who came out of no where seems like the guy in charge ,try to help the guys who most of the time do a great job but this guy screws up everything allways

Worst bagels on the Upper East Side. I asked for a toasted everything bagel with a little bit of butter. I got an almost raw in the middle bagel that was pooling with butter. I ended up eating two bites and throwing the rest out.

MADE MY PREGNANT WIFE CRY!!! THE WORKERS DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND CURSE AT YOU IN SPANISH
THE PLACE IS DISGUSNTIGLY DIRTY

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND IMPLORE EVERYBODY TO NEVER RETURN!!!!

MUST I REPEAT THE NON ENGLISH SPEAKING WORKER YELLED AND CURSED AT MY PREGNANT WIFE AND MADE HER CRY! AFTER THEY PUT MEAT IN HER SANDWICH AND SHE THREW UP BC SHES A VEGETARIAN!!!
