I would have given it 5 stars but the people that work there are not very up to speed. Maybe it's just me but anytime I go there they call next customer I go up they ask me for my order but only to say hold on one moment because they weren't listening and then I have to repeat my order. I only keep going back because their bagels are awsome and their coffee is great plus I love their tuna fish.

Love it. I have been coming here since I was 13 years old. They always make the best Bacon, Egg and Cheese.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always good, the staff is professional and polite, and they're consistent. Not sure how a couple of these other people are experiencing what they are, but I'm guessing they're not going to the same place I am! ;)

I agree with the other reviews very horrible customer service...the owner and girls there are very nasty and rude. Not only are they rude but overpriced!! Just drive down half a mile to Goldbergs Bagels on 17s much nicer customer service and better bagels for half the price!!
