Waited a half hour for a sandwich after paying for it. Got ignored by staff. Never received my food. Never coming here again.

Horrible experience and astronomical prices. Long lines, bad service and $10.00 for a bagel with white fish. I asked for white fish they gave me egg salad when I returned the girl blamed me for making a mistake. I don't eat eggs so how can I make a mistake ? Stay away go to other bagel stores it's not worth the money or the experience.

My bagel was stale and the cream cheese did not taste fresh. I came in at 8:30am. There's no reason that such a simple meal wouldn't be fresh so early in the day. When I showed my co-workers the food, they told me that they saw a mouse run across the floor while they were eating there. It's unfortunate that this is the only bagel store in town, so they know they can get away with it. This is a disgrace to NY bagels

Go in there and buy something, you'll know why they're never busy. Good bagels but the price for a lot of the food is astronomical
