Two stars because once they finally get your order right, the food is good. Problem is the staff. I can never have something done right the first time, or even the second time. They don't follow instructions well and sometimes I feel like you place an order and they simply make what they're in the mood to make. And be careful and check the price they write down on your food because it's often much higher than what is advertised.

Tried 3 times.....your out!..waiters can't speak proper English, or understand simple breakfast orders..waited 25min for eggs..seems like no one there has prior waiter skills.

was there sunday aug 31st 2014 was told to be out by 4:00pm they were slow at making our food & had to rush eating because they did not tell us they were having a party. people came before 4pm can,t enjoy your food there

Update: On a recent trip we returned to Bagel Bistro for breakfast. This time the place had a very different vibe. Our first waitress was very nice and helpful. She even moved us out of her station when a larger booth became available. Our second waitress was also pleasant, helpful, and speedy. The food was the same goodness as before so I'm bumping Bagel Bistro to 4 stars.
Original: Good basic food. The atmosphere... meh. Folks (customers and employees) just didn't seem to be very happy. So, you get your (good) food, you eat, you split. Compare this to Giorgio & Son where you wish they had seating so you could stay longer.
