Never do your trim and hem through them.
I could've done my trim and hem through my tailor within 2 hrs but the sales representative said he could work out a cheap price so I trusted them. Which by the way wasn't...
He told me I can pick it up within a week(7 DAYS!!). Still too long but I wasn't in a hurry.
I gave them more than enough time to have it ready (2 weeks and 2 days to be exact) before I went to pick it up.
They said they did not have them.
There excuse "It is ready but the tailor hasn't brought it back"
Seriously???
So they told me to either come back at the end of the week which is when the tailor brings the clothes or they would deliver it to my house.
I wasn't about to come back to the store and be given another excuse.
So I requested that they deliver it to my house.
I specifically told them I needed it before certain time and to let me know if they can't make the time.
No response what so ever.
I had to call three times myself to find out when the guy would be coming.
Guy was late OFCOURSE.
They are somewhat friendly at the store but terrible at customer service and certain not reliable.
